Michael Phelps the Olympic gold medal winner just admitted to smoking some weed after being caught by paparazzi in quite the ambiguous shot. Was it him in the picture.. it's possible that it wasn't. However he admitted to it and now has to live with the world knowing. Or at this point whoever checks their AOL mail as much as I do.
